Return and Refund Policy

At Trendline Apparel, your satisfaction is our priority! If you received a defective or damaged item, we're here to make it right.


1. Refund and Exchange Policy

We accept returns and exchanges for the following:

  • Items that are defective, damaged, or misprinted.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Wrong size orders or buyer’s remorse (please refer to our size guide before purchasing).

2. Reporting an Issue

To request a refund or exchange, contact us at support@trendlineapparel.co within 7 days of receiving your order. Please include:

  • Your order number (from the confirmation email sent by orders@trendlineapparel.co).
  • A description of the issue.
  • Clear photos showing the defect or damage.

3. Refund Process

  • Once your request is approved, you’ll receive instructions for the next steps.
  • Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

4. Shipping Fees

We do not cover return shipping fees for refunds or exchanges unless the issue is due to a manufacturing defect.
