  • Delays: Processing times may be longer during holidays or high-demand periods.

2. Shipping Times and Rates

3. Tracking Your Order

4. Shipping Issues

  • Lost or Delayed Packages: If your package is delayed or appears lost, please contact support@trendlineapparel.co. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
  • Incorrect Shipping Information: Please ensure your shipping address is correct. We cannot be responsible for packages shipped to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.

  • Customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes applicable in their country.

6. Damaged Items

  • If your item arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days at support@trendlineapparel.co with a description and photos of the damage. We’ll work with you to send a replacement.
